The Telescopic Ground Anchor is a heavy-duty, in-ground anchor with a black finish. The steel post sits inside a cylindrical sleeve set in concrete. Lift the post to expose the chain hole, lock your chain or padlock through it, then drop it back down when you are finished. When lowered, only the flush top cap shows at ground level.

Telescopic Ground Anchor or Harlok Ground Anchor?
Both anchors retract flush with the concrete. The Telescopic Ground Anchor has a black finish and a cylindrical sleeve. The Harlok Ground Anchor has a zinc finish, a 60mm chain hole and a 305mm submerged depth. Contact us if you want help choosing between them.
Installation
The sleeve is set into new concrete, or into a hole core-drilled through an existing slab and grouted in. Buy it supply-only for your own installer, or add it to a supply and installation quote with your bollards across Melbourne and Victoria.

Does it stick up when I'm not using it?
No. The post drops back into the sleeve and the top cap sits flush with the concrete.
Can I fit it to an existing garage floor?
Yes. The sleeve can be set into a core-drilled hole in an existing slab. Check the slab depth before you drill.
What chain should I use?
Use a hardened security chain and a quality padlock. The anchor is only as strong as the chain and lock you pair with it.

Most in-ground bollards can be installed by a competent DIYer with a core drill and concrete. For multiple units, commercial sites, or anywhere near live traffic and underground services, it is worth having our team do it.
- DIY. Core the hole, set the sleeve in concrete, let it cure, then drop the bollard in.
- Supply and install. We mark out, core, set and finish on site so it is done once and done properly.
- Multiple bollards. We work out spacing and layout so vehicles are stopped where you want them.
How long does delivery take?
We ship Australia-wide from our warehouse in Derrimut, Victoria. Delivery time depends on your location and the size of the order. Contact us if you need it by a particular date.
